Meet Our Founder & Director
Pinnacle Hand Therapy is lead by Certified Hand Therapist and is staffed by a team of Board Certified Occupational Therapists. Our team is dedicated to upper extremity and hand related disorders.
Phyllis Ross OTD, OTR/L, CHT, CLT
Founded Pinnacle Hand Therapy in 2003
Dr. Ross is a Certified Hand Therapist with over 20 years of experience working in hospital and clinic settings.
Dr. Ross has 15 years of experience as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist working with over 1000 upper and lower extremity cases.
Since 2009, Dr. Ross has served as a Professor of Practice at Howard University’s College of Allied Health.
In her freetime, Dr. Ross enjoys kickboxing and spending time with her family!
